Both the Modding section as well as the General Discussion section have had a pinned/sticky thread addressing this question for montths now.

If you had the same mod we got right now on pc it would probably crash your game for a big part of them anyway and most of the user would be confused in that kind of situation like many are on pc right now and have no clue how to deal with those situation and a post about the same problem is poping everyday on steam forum.
Unless i m completly wrong and the game is differently supported on consol regarding memory management than pc please keep that in mind.
