so i set up a second screen for monitoring with the task manager and the ressource monitor on and now i can say that you would not need a high-end super recent rig;
my pc is a i7-6700@3,4ghz with 16gb ram (2x8), and a gtx960 and the cpu load never goes higher than 40%, the ram stays and 12gb and the gpu around 60% (basically low + some up-tweaks) usage respectively.
however what i saw confirms what had previously been posted by another user (forgot the name/link) already and that is that the developers intend to crash the hard drive by unnecessary io-operations. apparently, the only thing needed for massive improvements, apart from server-management, is to unpack all contents upon install or launch and let it sit in ram for the time needed ...
