Old-Timers is a DLC coming out April 30th on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. We're excited to present one of its new vehicles - the Chevrolet NAPCO 3100! Old-Timers includes a brand new map, the Rocky Hills, and two new vehicles.

Vehicle Description:
The Chevrolet NAPCO 3100 is the little truck that could. Take care of it and it will serve you for life, and maybe your children's, too. Go on and take it out for some rock crawling in the new Rocky Hills map!

Game Stats:
For a scout vehicle, the Chevy NAPCO 3100 is a tank, with its 350 points of damage. The 80 liter tank serves well for all the thirsty work this one will do.

Strengths:
Lifted suspensions and a sturdy frame makes it great for maneuvering rocky terrain, and although other vehicles have access to it, the ability to transport both garage and repair points with the new attachment is a big bonus.

Weaknesses:
Not many. Maybe dragons.

I don't have facebook.

@jellyfoosh that thing actually looks badass also you can tow a trailer!! I wonder if u could hook it up to the f-150 too since it has a hitch......

I like that it's now promised that dragons will be in MR2.

Hey so about the wheel not working properly on xbox and ps4 anyone anyone??

Looks like BF Goodrich All Terrain tires on this one, expect performance similar to the F-150 in mud, because it runs the same tires.

kinda hoped for the last dlc it would be lifted with large tired and aggressive tread. Like a thank you for the support, hopefully those will be options for mudrunner 2

@kingnightshadow yes I know not a popular opinion but still thought it would be a great last bit of dlc. Go from what we've been given so far to a mud machine we can have some fun with lol

@kingnightshadow I don’t think you’ll be disappointed, the Chevy is a beast 🙂

...So is this thing supposed to be front-wheel drive while in 2WD mode?

The only Napco 4x4 truck I've seen in a situation where it would spin tires was a burnout by a custom one where the rear wheels turned as you would expect, but obviously it was modified and maybe wasn't even a true Napco converted truck.

All the rest of the ones I've seen are basically show trucks and that look like they never see anything more "off road" than some grass to park on for a show, so can't really verify based on that.

you have not seen wrong, Napco 4x4 has front wheel drive. small mistake of the employee who wrote the xml
that's the original
<Wheel>
<RearWheel
ConnectedToHandbrake = "true"
HardpointOffsetY = "- 0:07"
SuspensionDamping = "0.3"
SuspensionMin = "- 0.3"
Suspension Strength = "0.05"
Torque = "full"
Type = "ford_f150_front"
/>
<Front Wheel
HardpointOffsetY = "- 0075"
Steering Angle = "40"
Steering castor = "6"
SuspensionDamping = "0.3"
SuspensionMin = "- 0.3"
Suspension Strength = "0.05"
Torque = "default"
Type = "ford_f150_front"
/>
</ Wheel>
and so it should be normal
<Wheel>
<RearWheel
ConnectedToHandbrake = "true"
HardpointOffsetY = "- 0.2"
SuspensionMin = "- 0.4"
Suspension Strength = "0.0422"
Torque = "default"
Type = "ford_f150_front"
/>
<Front Wheel
HardpointOffsetY = "- 0.2"
Steering Angle = "30"
Steering castor = "8"
Steering joint offset = "0.2"
SuspensionMin = "- 0.4"
Suspension Strength = "0.0425"
Torque = "full"
Type = ford_f150_front"
Parent frame = "BoneCabin_cdt"
/>
</ Wheel>

If it is a mistake I can only assume that those of us on consoles are boned then.

@morbid
on the PC you can correct it yourself,
You can do nothing on console.
but you can pray that a dev will notice it

front wheel or rear wheel, this truck is really nice regardless.

I've been hearing some say the Napco is overpowered. Yesterday I went around trying out all selectable A class vehicles just to see if any couldn't hook the new log carts, in my experience I say the Napco is around the same as the F-150. There is certain shortcuts I tried to take where the Napco did get stuck while the H1 Hummer made it though. The H1 Hummer is still stronger then the Napco.

So I don't think the Napco is overpowered.

the Napco is not OP, especially on other maps,
I have tested it with all scout trucks,
in standard condition, the H1 Hummer is better than the Napco.
in direct comparison to my less powerful CHEVY_RED, the NAPCO has lost.
I have slightly revised the NAPCO: engine power + gearbox retuned.
Tires from the CHEVY K5 BLAZER with adjusted weight and traction.
retuned suspension and adjustment of vehicle weight and center of gravity (simply a typical TBT SETUP)
and now!! it's a little beast
