I recently tried the new Ministry map, and just for the sake of it I walked in the Insurgent's spawn. I found out if you go at the far back of the spawn it is not a restricted zone and you can shoot your gun there. As far as I can tell I am the only one to have discovered this and it needs fixing as fast as possible! (I have not checked the Security spawn, but the same issue might be present there as well)
You are able to sit all along this wall and shoot your gun!
