Finished the Logging Expedition quest and immediately got this one. But I left the area, and decided to work on some of the main quests. Now I've returned to the Price of Blood and I'm stuck. I forgot to discover the camp near the logging camp and now I cannot get back to the right area. The only fast travel points in are at the northern part of the map, where you can follow a long narrow path south, and then the path is completely blocked by tree roots and rocks. There is no way to get back into the quest area. I hope this can be fixed.
