If you found the Warthog and buy one at the garage, all suspensions are available (without collected them).

Same for the Tuz16 active suspension, is available before found the upgrade.

The Warthog itself is unlocked for purchase before finding it on Imandra.

i hope it will be kept available, why all new vehicles must be for free (after “tasks”)?

i want to have at least one available for purchase to start the new region, i dont transfer vehicles between regions, and want new stuff to start exploration

No, you can find 2 suspension upgrades on the new map for the Warthog... same error/bug like with the AWD for the F750 when the fist map where puplished at the PTS.
