Basically the title. I'm on the story mission where you take over the Orlock outpost with Tessera. Raided the orlock med supplies to heal up some of my more heavily wounded, and both tessera and my heavy were unable to use the stinger mould. I had another ganger who used it no problem, but the option wasn't available in tactical options. Is it job related or something? Am I missing something else or is this a bug?

I noticed the same thing numerous times with other consumables. Prevented me from healing my brawler in a mission and caused him yo go out of action so that was kinda annoying
