What were you doing before reproducing the bug?
Often happens while aiming [1] while advancing towards the enemy to gauge range.

Were you able to reproduce the issue multiple time ? If so, does it occur all the time (100%)?
It might depend on how long I walk towards the enemy while aiming at them.
