There are several issues that I have come across regarding the Xbox one platform. The below information applies to all relevant issues at hand.

I have previously unlocked in for me achievements and yet I am unable to use those points when starting a new operation. I have tried re-accomplishing them but the game will no longer acknowledge meeting the requirements.

Some active skills are not showing up as a option for players to utilize. Skills such as double tap, charge, And a few other active abilities do not show up as an option despite having enough AP and MP to utilize them.

Multiple instances of the game crashing usually every 2 to 3 matches. This is a consistent problem despite ensuring all relevant software is up-to-date.
