3DS MAX and ST Editor error..

Right, I've no idea what this means. The model loads fine on an empty map, but on my current W.I.P, I get this:

Do you have the 4GB memory fix installed for your editor?

Get it here. Should resolve the issue for you. I'd recommend installing it for both the editor as well as the game itself.

Thank you mate. I just made another model to test, without a texture. I made a big ball which rolls around fine. Why does the above not load?

Do you know how many polygons are in your mesh? Has to be less than 20k polys per object...

It was a simple cube, I stretched it out. No where near that many polys.

Every little deformation adds to the poly count... How sure are you?

Oh, I didn't know about the deformation=poly.

Shoot. I thought it was just faces.

Well I found the mistake then I guess. Either that or I did the lenght, height, width segments too much.

Click on the "+" in the top-left corner of your viewport, to the left of "Perspective" and in one of the menus (can't remember what it is of my head) you should find a "show statistics" option. Adds yellow text in that same corner showing your framerate and overall polygon count.

Ok that wall had 120,000 polys. I made a 920 Poly frame, that had the same error..
