What else do I need to do?

@larrbabes is yours getting stuck from " saved games" ? mine freezes in loading menu, my work around was to start a new game . find the garage in michigan jump to russia to satisfy the tutorial thing and then jump straight to wisconsin as a lvl 2 and use mods and sales of my DLCs to compensate. at least i was able to play until they resolve what ever issue it is causing it
