so, i just watched a youtube video, by Gaming Wheel, where they were transporting long logs with the Pacific P16, saying it was with the latest PTS update. I logged on to the PTS myself to give it a look, but i dont have that attachment? any help i can get?

I don't understand why

Far too many of these guys are changing the XML files and creating things that are not currently available.
My Short list is Definitely on the PTS but they ARE NOT as time of post:
