turning shadows to low gave me 100% frame rate boost

everything but textures and aa are all on low, aa is fxaa and high quality textures; with a i7 4790k and 1080ti i see 80-90 unless i use a 2x scope.

I have around 40 fps with a 1080 ti 32 GB ram i7490k
