I'm using a i5 4690k and a gtx 750ti and im experience extremely low framerates (1-30) in some cases. It is expecially noticeable when shooting or being shot at making the game almost unplayable.

I really hope that this can get fixed. I can't wait till the game when its smooth as the first insurgency.
