The D pad or left thumb stick do work when navigating up or down on the main menu, but cant move to exit game at all or to customize character, then in the settings menu the d pad does not work at all, I can switch in settings between menus using the R or L bumper. Because of this I can't adjust settings or even make a selection within settings.
