HOW TO CHOOSE THE GAME LANGUAGE

Run Steam and click LIBRARY. Right click on 'Blood Bowl 2' and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'LANGUAGE'.

CANNOT RUN THE GAME

A. Check that Blood Bowl 2 is correctly installed:

Run Steam and click LIBRARY. Right click on 'Blood Bowl 2' and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...'.

B. Update or repair Microsoft DirectX:

Run Steam and click LIBRARY. Right click on 'Blood Bowl 2' and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES...'. Open the folder '_CommonRedist' then the folder 'DirectX' and the folder 'Jun2010'. Run the application 'DXSETUP' (DXSETUP.exe).

C. Install or repair the library Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable:

Run Steam and click LIBRARY. Right click on 'Blood Bowl 2' and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES...'. Open the folder '_CommonRedist' then the folder 'vcredist' and the folder '2012'. Run the application 'vc_redist.x64' (vc_redist.x64.exe) and click the button 'Install' or 'Repair'. Run the application 'vc_redist.x86' (vc_redist.x86.exe) and click the button 'Install' or 'Repair'.

D. Configure the game in administrator mode at startup:

Run Steam and click LIBRARY. Right click on 'Blood Bowl 2' and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'. Right click on the application 'BloodBowl2_DX_32' (BloodBowl2_DX_32.exe) and click 'Properties'. Click the tab 'Compatibility'. Check 'Run this program as an administrator' and click the button 'OK'.

E. Update the driver of the graphics card;

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Please provide us a System Information report and the game log for investigation:

A. How to generate a System Information report:

Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type: MSINFO32 Click the button 'OK'. Click 'System Summary' (upper left). Click 'File' then 'Export...'. Enter a file name (from File name:) and save the file. Close System Information. Right click on the file and click 'Send To' then 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.

B. How to find the game log (file 'Game000.log'):

Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar. Click 'Documents' on the left. Open the folder 'BloodBowl2'.

IMPOSSIBLE DE DÉMARRER LE JEU

A. Vérifier que Blood Bowl 2 est correctement installé :

Démarrer Steam et cliquer BIBLIOTHÈQUE. Effectuer un clic droit sur 'Blood Bowl 2' et cliquer 'Propriétés'. Cliquer l'onglet 'FICHIERS LOCAUX' puis le bouton 'VÉRIFICATION DE L'INTÉGRITÉ DES FICHIERS DU JEU...'.

B. Mettre à jour ou réparer Microsoft DirectX :

COMMENT SIGNALER UN PROBLÈME AU SUPPORT TECHNIQUE

Veuillez nous fournir un rapport d'Informations système et le journal du jeu pour investigation :

A. Comment générer un rapport d'Informations système :

Presser les touches Démarrer de Windows (en bas à gauche) et 'R' depuis le clavier pour ouvrir la 'Boîte de dialogue Exécuter' et taper : MSINFO32 Cliquer le bouton 'OK'. Cliquer 'Résumé système' (en haut à gauche). Cliquer 'Fichier' puis 'Exporter'. Entrer un nom de fichier (depuis'Nom du fichier : ) et enregistrer le fichier. Fermer la fenêtre Informations système. Effectuer un clic droit sur le fichier et cliquer 'Envoyer vers' puis 'Dossier compressé'.

B. Comment trouver le journal du jeu (fichier 'Game000.log') :

Ouvrir 'Explorateur Windows' ou 'Explorateur de fichiers' depuis la barre des tâches. Cliquer 'Documents' à gauche. Ouvrir le dossier 'BloodBowl2'.

Envoyer votre rapport avec une description du problème, le rapport d'Informations système (fichier compressé .zip) et le fichier 'Game000.log' en pièce-jointe à : support@focus-home.com
