Wil mudrunner have a official download site like farming sim for maps and mods.as the ones I have tried are blocked by my safety programmes

All You need to do is to visit the SteamWorkshop. There you could add the mods to your game.

So they will doing maps that way as well
and none trucks as well ?

Yes map support on the workshop! I like that, it makes finding maps and installing / uninstalling them so much easier then
