Optimization improvements, ragdoll bugs and hit validation

After today's hotfix performance improved a lot, but it could get even better.
Hit validation also improved slightly but not enough. Added to that, from my point of view, bullets do very low damage, making it impossible to shoot down enemies.
On the other hand, I detected a flaw: when you die, and the ragdoll can be seen, or when you kill someone that you are spectating from third person view, the skin of the ragdoll turns black completely.
