Is this game broken? because when i start the game, it starts on windowed, and also when i search for a match, it loads, but when it reaches 75% to 100% it says "Error", "Host has closed", and "Lost Connection"

Try checking the game files in Steam via Properties. (for the connection error)
About the starting in windowed - that's a known bug for now.
