Why is there no tagging in this so called "hardcore" game?

I agree they Need to slow the movement When shot

Just like in in og insurgency, you run slower if you get hit. I don't understand why the devs removed this

@doghead That indeed doesn't look like an arm shot. My best guess is that the client thought that the distance is within hitscan range so it immediately displays blood particles, but the server thinks that it's outside hitscan range so it does the projectile check and the shot lands behind the target.

I agree with the OP. I'm tired of shooting a moving guy with an SVD and he just ignores it and whooshes past everyone to cover. There needs to be a movement penalty when shot, and a heavy one.
