I went to go change my headgear and when I went back it said I never had it. I then click randomize multiple times for it to never pop up among other of my unlocks. I went to go check my other unlocks to find out those too are all locked. how do I fix this? I am level 18 as the time of writing this and the unlock progress is so slow. Talking about a ton of credits lost. PLEASE HELP!!!

One of the patchnotes mentioned that all-black cosmetics were removed from Insurgent side for balance during Beta II.
