This should be pretty obvious, i dont think you see insurgents running around acogs on their ak's.

I agree, but I am okay with leaving the acog available for Insurgents. The game is based on current day conflict, and since the Iraq war, tonnes of U.S military tech has been left behind/bought/sold countless times.
