I created a few load-outs that I wanted to try out and now I want to delete them or change them. I don't see the function for that.

I just replace it by typing the exact same name to replace it with my new load out. Your right though, one could create allot of load outs and want to delete some. I think NWI will create some "quality of life" updates in the near future.
