I feel as if we need some sort change to the restricted zone mechanic in game. It's far too easy to go camp yourself deep behind enemy lines waiting in 'B' Point while your team caps A, so you immediately start capping B giving the enemy team a very slim chance of being able to defend it. I'm thinking a possible fix to this issue would be similar to battlefield, entering into a restricted zone activates a timer, if you dont exit the restricted area in time your character auto withdraws from battle. Basically what they have in place if you exit the playable map entirely.
