(coop) Enemies spawning in cleared buildings

This is super annoying, it might be a bit harder to determine a building is "cleared" for the ones that are not capture points but it at least "cleared" capture points should not spawn enemies within 100m or so ("fun" coming to resupply in just cleared capture point building and there's an enemy there already)

I have this happen to me as well. This should never happen, unless players fail to clear an area fully.

Latest was on refinery (see the linked topic) but definitely happens on other maps too.
