Rank level disappearing when switching faction

Issue : the ranked level (silver/bronze/...) for a faction is glitched and becomes "Unranked" when you switch to another faction

In my case, I only have played ranked battles with Chaos and here is how I get the issue

In the main menu, I select "Battle"
Once on the faction selection screen I select Chaos
My rank (silver/bronze/...whatever) is correctly displayed for Chaos
I select another faction for which I am Unranked (Imperial Navy for example)
Here the rank displayed for IN is "Unranked" as expected
Now I select Chaos again
Now my rank is displayed as "Unranked"
