I tried a new Ork fleet using

2x Big Roks
3x Hammer Smakas
and 4x Brutes

For some reason one of the Roks became my flagship (didnt know that was possible) and the cool down on my stasis bomb was around 15 seconds and I could fire away 4 of them. Please nerf I guess?
