Sorry for the inconvenience, it's a known issue that we are actively working on. If it's fine by you, can you send logs with your SteamID to email@example.com ?
(Should be available right here: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Insurgency\Saved\Logs)

If you are running Windows 10, here is what fixed it for me:
Go Start, settings, network and connections.
At the bottom is reset network, click that.
A popup appears saying " your computer will restart in 5 mins"
Twice this has happened to me and both times this fixed it.
