im lvl5 necron and so just unlocked the scarab swarm
which a great skill vs nids
but when i tried to change my choice of transdimensional thunderbolt into that during the deploy phase it only let me select up to stasis bomb as if i didnt have scarabs yet

had the reverse happen as chaos
lvl9 i was able to select chaos marines upgrade during deploy phase
