Jellyfoosh, the patch notes leave out two major changes to gameplay:

It appears almost all Escorts and Light Cruisers now have only two abilities charges instead of three. This means, for example, the Imperial Dauntless Mk2 Light Cruiser can only launch two salvos of each torpedo-type instead of three. I don't know if this is true for all faction's Escort and Light Cruiser classes.

Launch bays now only start their cool-down after the launched craft are destroyed or returned back to the ship. This significantly slows down the amount of ordnance craft that can be fielded during a match.
Do the developers have any explanation why these two major changes were made, and also left out of the patch notes? Please let the developers know these are very significant changes to the current gameplay meta, for both Multiplayer and the Campaigns, and they risk alienating their existing customers if a sound explanation is not given.
