eldar ships often continue to move after getting hulked
as they still move at eldar speed this makes the scuttle explosion unavoidable for slower factions

fairly sure it happens to all craftworld and corsair ships sometimes
not sure what causes it tho

Hi, i think it's a display issue, when a ship is getting hulked, an ally immediately does a troop tranfer, it can happen that the text stays even if there are still troops in the ship. It will be send to the dev team.

it definitely had crew on 0, i know about the hulk text staying sometimes and that wasnt the case
