I made a video to better show this game breaking glitch. To sum the video up, I see someone pretty far away. I shoot at him, and he moves to cover. I keep watching for him, then out of no where, starts shooting me. I can't even see him. Luckily, he has tracers, so I know it is him. Video of what happened.
