After i updated the game, it seems like it's not in the cosmetics menu. Was this removed on purpose or is this a bug?

Must be a bug.

I also noticed another tattoo bug. In 1st person view security side the game shows the insurgent's "Geometric A" tattoo on my left arm when I have None selected as tattoo.
