my friends has unable to find game in solo matching and stuck at 100% loading in party matching.

intel i7 8700
1070 ti
if you need ip adress he can offer it

we checked window defender and checked it allowed both sandstorm and anti cheat.
he can play local and private server in server browser.
we cant find any log in appdata/local/insurgency/log
we are looking forward to find solution.
