You can already resupply at spawn anyway, its kinda silly to have also the box.
I think it should be around halfway from spawn to objective.

Also maybe in a position that the enemy can see or even get to, this would add a bit to the gameplay and map knowledge.

I personally resupply many times in a match, and i used to call supply boxes on flanks in day of infamy.
