More and more these past few weeks I've been getting killed by grenades that make no sound and are invisible. I confirmed this by making recordings, of which I have several examples wherein I am easily within hearing range of the grenade but don't, and going frame by frame in Windows Media Player shows nothing on the ground one frame and an explosion where there was nothing the next.

I totally agree with you. It happened to me many times too. And they should check this, because it is so annoying. Especially the sound of the grenade is misleading.

@AggressiveRock I had this happen to a friend one game. I think the grenade might have been visible but you can't hear it land on the ground at all.
