I've noticed that some of the more "noble" hairstyles don't fit too well with the tribal gear, and vice versa to an extent. Is there a way to edit hairstyle after creating your character?
Is it possible to edit your character's hairstyle later in the game?

You can only choose your appearance one time in GreedFall: it is at the beginning of the game when you are creating your De Sardet.
There are a lot of tribal gear to choose from, you will probably find out about more outfits as you explore the Islands and meet more tribes.
