For those of us that didn't pre-order, or bought from third party retailers so didn't get it, why have you not made the Adventurers Kit DLC available for purchase day one? I am sure many, like me would be happy to pay $2-3 for it, so you would have another revenue stream. You would have to do it quick though, as in a week or so, gamers would have better equipment, so they'd have no interest in it!
