A. Please perform a Power Cycle of the PS4 in order to clear the cache of the console:

  1. Turn off the PS4 (do not enter in Rest Mode).
  2. Once the indicator light on top of your PS4 is off and has stopped blinking, unplug the power cable.
  3. Wait two minutes.
  4. Plug the power cable back and turn on the PS4.

B. Please restore the Licences:

Navigate to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licences.
