It seems to me like this is global (tried switching around region pref). Is there any way this could be adjusted to reflect per region? There's no point in queuing frontline if there are only 10 players in the U.S.

I'm not sure, but when it said 100 late last night I was able to immediately join a game, leave and join another game. I play US east only.

To clarify, I had friends playing frontline and was trying to get lucky and land in their match. I never did so there there were multiple games going in east.
