I've followed all of steam's instructions. Verified the game files, turned off Anti Virus, I even turned off my windows firewall. I uninstalled then reinstalled the game twice. I've actually gotten about halfway through the game, but I stopped playing it for a while. My file path is D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Cthulhu. I contacted Steam support and they referred me to you. Don't refer me back to Steam "Been there, Done that" DxDiag.txt I've attached a copy of DxDiag. If I can no longer use a product that I paid for, then it is useless to me. I would like a refund.
