I have been playing since the old source mod days. I have never seen such match unbalance. Literally every game I played tonight ended with the teams having a 4-7 player deficit. I quit every single one, because it is not fun for either team.
Easy fix. Allow team switching to a smaller team mid game, and add auto balancing at the start of a side switch.
