HOW TO CHOOSE THE GAME LANGUAGE

  1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
  2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 and click Properties.
  3. Click LANGUAGE tab.

HOW TO CHECK THAT THE GAME IS CORRECTLY INSTALLED

  1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
  2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 and click Properties.
  3. Click LOCAL FILES tab and click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES... button.

BLACK SCREEN AT STARTUP

  1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
  2. Navigate to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019.
  3. Delete the Game.xml file.
  4. Open shader_cache folder and delete all files (the folder must be empty).

For the Steam version, turn off the Steam Cloud for the game too:

  1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
  2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 > Properties.
  3. Click on the UPDATES tab.
  4. Uncheck Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Farming Simulator 19 under Steam Cloud.
  5. Click CLOSE and restart Steam.

Run Farming Simulator 19.

APPLICATION LOAD ERROR 0000065432

Please configure Farming Simulator 19 in administrator mode at startup:

  1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
  2. Right click on Farming Simulator 19 and click Properties.
  3. Click the LOCAL FILES tab then the BROWSE LOCAL FILES... button.
  4. Right click on the FarmingSimulator2019.exe application > Properties.
  5. Click the Compatibility tab then check Run this program as an administrator and click OK.
  6. Open the x64 folder.
  7. Right click on the FarmingSimulator2019Game.exe application > Properties.
  8. Click the Compatibility tab then check Run this program as an administrator and click OK.
  9. Run Farming Simulator 19.

ERROR: CAN'T READ PROFILE PATH

  1. Right click on the Windows Start button > Settings.
  2. Click Update & Security > Windows Security.
  3. Click on Manage settings under Virus & threat protection settings.
  4. Click on Manage Controlled folder access under Controlled folder access.
  5. Turn off Controlled folder access.
  6. Close Windows Security and run Farming Simulator 19.

GAME APPLICATION NOT CLOSING PROPERLY (STEAM VERSION)

This issue is related to Logitech Gaming Software.
Please close Logitech Gaming Software in order to solve the issue.

UPDATE WINDOWS 10

  1. Right click on the Windows Start button > Settings.
  2. Click Update & Security.
  3. Click on the Check for updates button from Windows Update.

UPDATE THE DISPLAY DRIVER

To update the AMD display driver:

UPDATE THE AUDIO DRIVER

  1. Right click on the Windows Start button > Device Manager.
  2. Open Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. Right click on the default audio device (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) > Update driver.

STEERING WHEEL NOT DETECTED (STEAM VERSION)

  1. Run Steam.
  2. Click on Steam (upper left) > Settings.
  3. Click on Controller > GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTINGS button.
  4. Uncheck Generic Gamepad Configuration Support then BACK and OK.

LOGITECH STEERING WHEEL NOT WORKING

A. Install the latest Logitech Gaming Software version https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lgs

B. Run Farming Simulator 19 > OPTIONS > KEYBOARD CONTROLS > RESET ALL > YES > OK and restart the game.

HOW TO RESTORE A SAVED GAME FROM A BACKUP

Farming Simulator 19 perform a backup of your save games.

TO RESTORE A SAVED GAME:

  1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
  2. Navigate to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019 > savegameBackup.
  3. Move the desired savegame backup folder (e.g., savegame1_backup2018-11-30_10-31) to the FarmingSimulator2019 folder.
  4. Go back to the FarmingSimulator2019 folder.
  5. Delete the corrupted savegame folder (e.g., the savegame1 folder).
  6. Rename the savegame backup folder (e.g., savegame1_backup2018-11-30_10-31 => savegame1).
  7. Run Farming Simulator 19 and load the restored savegame.

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM OR A BUG

Please report all problems and bugs to the Farming Simulator 19 QA team for investigation:

A. Run Farming Simulator 19 and reproduce the issue.

B. Provide a DirectX Diagnostic Report (DxDiag.txt file):

  1. Press the Windows and R keys from the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and type: DXDIAG
  2. Click OK.
  3. Click on the Save All Information... button.
  4. Save the DxDiag.txt file and close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

C. Provide the game log (log.txt file):

  1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
  2. Navigate to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019.

D. Provide the save game (e.g., savegame1 folder, savegame2 folder...):

  1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
  2. Navigate to Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2019.
  3. Right click on the save game folder (e.g., savegame1 folder) > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  4. A zipped file containing the save game will be created (e.g., savegame1.zip file).

E. Provide a screenshot, a photo or a video of the issue (if possible).

F. Provide a crash dump (.dmp file) if you had a crash:

  1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
  2. Open Local Disk (C:).
  3. Open the Users folder then your Windows username folder.
  4. Navigate to AppData (*) > Local > CrashDumps.

(*) The AppData folder is a hidden folder by default. To view this folder:

WINDOWS 7

  • Open Windows Explorer from the taskbar.
  • Click Organize > Folder and search options.
  • Click the tab View and check Show hidden files, folders and drives under Hidden files and folders from Advanced Settings.
  • Click OK.

WINDOWS 8/10

  • Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
  • Click the tab View and check Hidden items.
