I'm stuck partway through XVI Coronation (Reach The Cathedral). I need to enter the burning chateau with Hugo and Roderick but there is no option/floating text to instruct Roderick to open this door.

I've restarted from checkpoint (it does not go back further than immediately standing before the chateau's door) and back and forth from the Main Menu.

So I'm in limbo and getting worried I'm going to have to start this game over from the beginning. If that would even solve anything.

Any helpful tips?

Stuck as well, all doors closed and no way to pass. Did yo get past this?

Just passed it. Had to replay the chapter from beginning, I guess there is no other way.
