Same. All of the customization options have locked themselves, including the ones I was wearing. At first I thought it was a visual bug maybe, but after playing a few rounds my gear is still locked, even if I click on the custom loadout option I had saved with my preferred options. Not sure what's causing this but it is incredibly frustrating and I would appreciate any advice on a fix or if this is indeed a thing that needs hotfix/patching.

Did this get resolved for you? While we're looking into it, many players have said they just need to re-login and their items are back.
Clicking back and forth between "Appearance" and "Loadout" will make your items reappear. Needs to be done whenever you log in though.
This happened to me today, all of my customization is gone and locked again...is there a fix or anything for this?
