I finished the final arena challenge before I selected the "Aspiring Merchant" quest option to fight alongside the prisoner. After the arena quest was complete, the option to fight alongside the hunter vanished. Now I can't progress the quest, or acquire the follow up quest. The quest is still in my journal and the Arena Master has the quest marker above his head, just no dialog option.

I reloaded to a level 6 save and acquired the quest anew and the dialog option was back. Unfortunately all other saves where I already had the quest are bugged and I'm now level 21.

Are there still patches in the works?
