Hi, sorry, we were out of the office for the weekend.

What were you doing when the game crashed?

Focus Team
  1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
  2. Right click on ‘Styx: Shards of Darkness’ and click ‘Properties’.
  3. Click ‘Set Launch Options…’
  4. Add ‘-nohmd’ to the text box then click ‘OK’.
  5. Test.

Otherwise, please turn off or unplug your Oculus Rift and retry.

Know this isn't related to the thread topic, BUT since it hasn't been addressed in months by Focus or Cyanide Studios. When is the 'Goblin Master' achievement going to be fixed for Xbox One? There is likely a simple coding change that can fix the achievement. Other developers have changed/fix achievements well after the game was released (even years after the release). Seems like Focus-Interactive or/and Cyanide Studios should at the very least try to acknowledge the problem and when they are going to fix it. Continuing support is part of releasing a game (or any product that is digital).

As was asked by Iyagovos, what were you doing when it crashed? It's a known bug that has gone unfixed for a year that the intro movies cause the game to freeze up. It's even a stickied post in the steam forum, so needless to say this and that pesky xbox achievement bug likely won't be fixed anytime soon.

Looks like your connection to Focus Home Interactive - Official Forums was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
