Played that region first map a bit over the last days.

My Impression: Imandra 2.0. Its on the annoying / masochistic side of gameplay. Something doable (up to now) but not such that you think "ok, lets try another truck" or "how to restart the map".

What I am clearly missing: These sneaky and sometimes a bit hidden shortcuts as e.g. Zimnegorsk was full of. Or even Wisconsin, see that muddy river crossing. You think you can't avoid that rivercrossing and that winching on the way to the crafting site, but you could. Yes, searching for these shortcuts or "path around" ends up often in a desaster, but once found and the search itself its at least for me part of the fun.

That main map impression up to now: Stay on the "roads" as its not getting better if you leave them. If it looks there is a shortcut - there isn't. Some "paths" are onroad even worse than many offroad paths on Imandra. Yes, there is also some ice. And even the ice is not that nice, but at least the "exploding ice bug" was fixed as it seems.
