Specifically on the map Refinery in PvE, Security final point facing Insurgent spawn; there's a door or gate that I've had multiple accounts of rockets hitting an invisible portion of the door causing either myself to blow up or friendlies. I just so happened to catch it once while recording so I'll stick a link with the video below.
