In my opinion binoculars can be a good accessory

I sometimes find it hard to spot enemies from afar even when playing as a sniper because of the limited view when scoping. I also think that this will be great in spotting enemies for your teammates, reporting their locations or their routes, ect.

Just asking will binoculars be implemented?

A periscope would be nice too.

Yes, there will be a binoculars the officer could use in-game. If your familiar with Day of Infamy Artillery support, there a good chance it will appear on Sandstorm.
